Wendy Gaynor, Executive Director, MOL
“I do this work because the students we serve have made the courageous decision to work their way through school with a host of barriers to overcome. They believe in the power of education…and I believe in them.”Wendy brings 20+ years of experience in food security, housing instability, poverty education, and community engagement. She assumed leadership in 2024, building on a career rooted in frontline service and systems change. Her work at Broad Street Ministry in Philadelphia shaped her relationship-centered approach. As Director of Food Access and Community Education at Chester County Food Bank, she led inclusive food models and educational programming on the root causes of hunger.
Wendy holds a B.A. in Communications Media & Film (West Chester University) and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership (Eastern University). She is a certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer, a Poverty Simulation facilitator, and sits proudly on the Board of Green Allies.
Erin Cassidy, Student Engagement Coordinator, BSW
“To me, community means people you can trust. I hope every student I meet feels seen, supported, and not alone.”Erin brings her skills working with our student population. A graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a degree in Social Work, Erin’s relationship with RSN began during her college internship at Catherine’s Cupboard and transitioned into her full-time role in September 2024. Erin now coordinates RSN’s Food Access Programs and her presence on campus fosters trust and sustained engagement, particularly with students balancing jobs, caregiving, and academics.
